Job description:
Lead and oversee the planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects to ensure that all
projects are completed as planned and within budget.
Develop project strategies, clarify goals and milestones, and allocate resources to maximize
efficiency.
Work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth progress of projects and solve any
problems that arise in a timely manner.
Report project progress to senior management and provide data analysis and insights required for
decision support.
Job requirements:
Have extensive experience in project management and leadership, especially in the creative
industry or technology field.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to meet complex challenges.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively lead the team to achieve
common goals.
Familiar with project management tools and techniques, such as agile development methodology.
